All equipment sold by Budoshop is covered by a manufactures warranty. This warranty is provided against defects in material and faulty workmanship that is deemed flawed by the manufacturer. The warranty is effective from the date  of purchase on the invoice by the original purchaser.
Budoshop Warranty does not cover claims for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use or neglect. Warranty is void if the product in question is subject to alterations, faulty installation, abuse or damage as a result of;
• Failure to provide the recommended quantity of equipment to avoid the product being over used (over shared commercially).
• Using equipment that is not rated for that use
• Failure to maintain gear
With time and normal wear and tear, products will lose effectiveness and will require replacement.
Product Replacement
Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 14 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Budoshop will replace such products and, other than this, will have no obligation. With the foregoing exception, Budoshop  makes no express warranties.
After 14 days Budoshop will not accept the claim.

 At Budoshop, your success is our business, anything less than your total satisfaction is simply not good enough.

On-Time Guarantee.

Delivery times are usually within the first week, but can range up to 4 weeks, for indent (imported orders) sometimes even longer. Seasonal busy times, stock availability, supplier breakdowns and other factors mean that most promotional products companies will not commit to a set delivery date. Giving customers an "estimate only" delivery date is an industry standard.

At Budoshop we understand that approximate delivery dates are sometimes just not good enough! You need to be assured that your goods will be there, when you need them, every time. So we decided to do something about it!
 

What can you return?
New merchandise which prior to any use, you believe has a manufacturers flaw, may be returned for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase. There is no warranty for product misuse. Goods will not be accepted without prior notification.


What you cannot return?
Merchandise unsuitable for resale includes:Opened or Merchandise that has been worn, Merchandise that has been washed. Merchandise that has been altered or soiled, Discontinued merchandise Sparring equipment that is packed too tightly which changes the shape of the product, Custom made products, Merchandise with insufficient packaging, Unwanted goods/excess stock, or any terms indicated by SMAI as clearance stock.

 

Do you have an event that you simply MUST have the goods for? A trade show, networking function, workshop, seminar, presentation? Then use our "on time guarantee", here's how it works;

1. Make your enquiry and advise us of the event date, if we are physically able to deliver we will commit in writing to do so. If it is physically impossible to deliver by your date we will advise you within 48 hrs of your initial enquiry and provide an alternative. Simply put, if we can not deliver your goods when you need them, we won’t take your money, or waste your time.

2. "On Time Guaranteed" orders placed with approved artwork with a short deadline (rush orders) will be charged a premium.

Production time begins only when final approved artwork is received by Budoshop The customer will be responsible for any extra fees charged by third parties in relation to rush orders, eg rocket (door to door) couriers.

3. On Time Guaranteed orders must be paid, in full, at time of order.

4. If the goods are not delivered at the time we have committed to you will have two options.

4a. If the goods are redundant, refuse delivery of the goods and we will refund your order in full, plus, we will also pay any delivery expense you had to incur.

4b. If the goods are still useful to you, accept delivery and we will refund the premium charged in full, plus, we will discount your order by 10% of the total invoice, including any delivery expenses you had to incur.

The finer print!

- Budoshop will not be responsible for delays caused by third parties or acts of God. This includes but is not limited to: Floods, lighting, fire, trade union strike action, equipment malfunction. Should an event such as these occur, we will take action according to condition 4b., after having tried to provide an alternative.

- The customer is responsible for delivery cost according to our normal terms and conditions. All quotes will include delivery and handling to the Geelong office of Budoshop.
